The meeting of the Rules committee was held yesterday at ODP to finalize the rules for the State convention. Rose Ann Jenny, Chair of Credentials presented a request by the committee to extend the filing date for delegates who did not receive their Pledge of Support Forms by mail prior to the cut-off date, February 4. The Rules committee granted the request. The Credentials committee will follow–up on the process.

Why change the rules? Who voted to change the rules? Why didn't the letters go out on time? What's going on on at ODP HQ?
