The Real John McCain
As voters learn more about the real John McCain, they'll have to decide if they can really trust someone who is willing to change his position on key issues in order to win. After all of the McCain doubletalk on his record, one thing has become clear: John McCain can't be trusted to deliver the change the American people are looking for.
Having previously run away from George Bush, John McCain now walks in lockstep with Bush, embracing the right wing ideology he once denounced.
On the campaign trail McCain has abandoned many of his previously held positions, even contradicted himself, in an attempt to remake himself into a candidate Republicans can accept in 2008. From issues he once championed like campaign finance reform and immigration reform, to embracing the "agents of intolerance" and campaign tactics he once denounced, John McCain is hoping to ride the doubletalk express right into the White House.
