Ward 7 City Councilman Ronald “Skip” Kelly sent this quote in honor of former HD 99 Representative Opio Toure. What a powerful message for a wonderful man who lived his life enriching the lives of others.

Rep. Toure may have been small in stature and gentle in spirit, but he was a giant warrior in the fight for justice for all. We have lost a great soul.
